Stage is set for

someone famous

spotlight shones on

a guitar on a stand

Along comes him,

picks up that guitar.

Sings his song,

see the tears coming

down his face,

as he tries to compose himself.

Singing alone,

audience listening

to every word

Not a dry eye in

the room.

We all feel his pain

towards losing

a lost family member.

Their memory

will live on

thru songs, memories,

Never forgotten.
